Prescribing Standards

No medication is prescribed without bloodwork and a documented clinician review. Every protocol names a target range, a monitoring interval and the conditions under which treatment stops.

Clinicians prescribe only within the scope of their licence and only in states where they are licensed.

Monitoring

Repeat panels are scheduled with the protocol rather than on request. A missed panel pauses refills until the panel is drawn and read.

Discontinuation

Treatment stops when the clinical rationale no longer holds — an adverse marker, an unmanaged side effect, or a stated change in your goals. Discontinuation is a clinical decision, not an account action.
