Using Caesar

Caesar provides access to licensed clinicians, laboratory testing and, where a clinician has written a prescription, medication dispensed by a licensed pharmacy. Creating an account means you agree to provide accurate information about your health history.

You must be at least eighteen years old and physically located in a state where Caesar operates at the time of your consultation.

Medical Services

Clinicians reached through Caesar exercise independent medical judgement. A consultation does not guarantee a prescription, and a clinician may decline to treat where treatment is not appropriate.

Caesar is not an emergency service. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.

Payment and Cancellation

Programme fees are billed on the cadence shown at checkout and cover clinician time, laboratory panels and medication where prescribed. You may cancel before the next billing date; medication already dispensed cannot be returned.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Caesar's liability arising from your use of the site is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
