What We Collect

Caesar collects information you give us directly when you create an account, complete an intake assessment, or order laboratory work. This includes your name, contact details, date of birth, and the health history you provide to a clinician.

Laboratory results are returned to us by the testing facility and stored against your record. They are read by a licensed physician and are not shared with any third party for marketing.

How We Use It

Your information is used to determine whether treatment is appropriate, to dispense and ship medication where a clinician has written a prescription, and to schedule repeat panels on the cadence your protocol requires.

We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

We share information with the pharmacies, laboratories and payment processors required to deliver the service, and with clinicians treating you. Each is bound by contract to use it only for that purpose.

Your Rights

You may request a copy of your record, ask for corrections, or ask that your account be closed and your data deleted, subject to the retention periods medical records law requires.
