How We Write
Every page starts from primary literature — trial reports, guidelines and label documents — not from secondary summaries. Where the evidence is thin, the page says so rather than rounding it up.
Writers report what a study measured, in the population it measured it in. Effect sizes are stated with their limits.
Medical Review
No clinical claim publishes without review by a licensed clinician practising in the relevant area. The reviewer's name, credentials and review date appear on the page.
Corrections and Updates
Pages are re-read on a fixed cadence and whenever guidance changes. Substantive corrections are noted with the date the page changed.
Independence
Editorial decisions are made independently of commercial ones. A treatment being offered by Caesar does not change what the literature says about it.
